The big update: 2 new worlds, 2 new bosses, 3 new mutations
- 🍄 World 6 MUSHROOM FOREST: the Spore Egg with 5 new blobs, a secret blob napping in a hollow log, and the boss Fungus Rex (sneeze clouds + fairy rings)
- 🏜️ World 7 DESERT PYRAMIDS: the Scarab Egg with 5 new blobs, a secret Mini Mummy, and the boss Pharaoh Gloop (rolling boulders, sandstorms, falling pyramids)
- 🦖 BLOBZILLA lands on the plaza every 45-60 min: team up and slap it for cash, gems and a rare Blobzilla Jr
- 🌋 KING KABLOOM: a weekly mega boss every Sunday at 18:00 UTC in every server, with a damage leaderboard and eggs for everyone who helps
- 🧬 3 new mutations: 🍬 Candy, 👻 Ghost and ⚡ Electric
- 🧤 7 new slap gloves up to the 🌈 Prism Slap, each with its own hit effect
- 🧰 4 new gears: 📡 Thief Radar, 💨 Dash Boots, 💣 Smoke Bomb and 🔮 Bubble Shield
- 🌩️ BLOB STORM: every steal in a server fills the meter, then 90 seconds of 3x luck on the Blob Road
- 🔎 BLOB HUNT: 8 tiny blobs hide around the map every day, find them for gems
- 🧪 Free Luck and Cash potions from goals, milestones, supply drops and the daily streak
- 🏡 8 new base decorations and 🏔️ 18 new goals and titles all the way to Rebirth 25
- ✨ Prettier map and worlds, new blob animations, a fresh window style, and 3 new game passes: Bigger Base, 2x Gems and Superstar
Badge progress and a reset button
- 🏅 Every locked badge in BADGES now shows how far you are, like Steals 37/100 or Play days 3/7.
- 🔜 Badges that are coming soon are listed too, and your progress toward them already counts.
- ↺ Settings → GAME has a Reset to defaults button (it asks first).
- 🎨 The SLAP and INVENTORY hotbar slots and the open player list got the new glass look.
A cleaner, smaller screen
- 🧹 New look: dark glass panels with white text, thinner outlines and smaller buttons, so you see more of the game.
- 👈 One button column: SHOP, DAILY, QUESTS and MORE. REBIRTH pops in by itself when you can afford one; everything else is in MORE.
- 🎯 Your goal is one short line with a progress bar, and the player list folds into a small pill.
- 🌙 The "come back tomorrow" card is small, sits low on the screen and has an ✕.
- 🖥️ On PC the chat moved to the top left and the buttons to the bottom corners.
- 🎒 INVENTORY sits on your hotbar now, right next to SLAP (key 2 on PC), with the number of blobs in your backpack.
- 🐛 Fixed the community goal bar sitting on top of your goal card.
More settings and 5 new badges
- ⚙️ Settings now has tabs: AUDIO, GRAPHICS, INTERFACE, NOTIFICATIONS and GAME.
- 🔊 Volume sliders for music and sound effects (0 = off).
- 🖥️ Graphics quality (Auto, Low, Normal, High), field of view and how much the screen shakes.
- 📱 Menu size, colour-blind friendly rarity colours and reduce animations.
- 🔔 Turn off raid warnings, rare finds or friend messages one by one (safety alarms always show).
- 🎮 Rare and mutated blobs always ask before you sell them (you can switch it off).
- 🏅 5 new badges: Sky Climber, Master Thief, Galaxy Hunter, Here to Stay and Crew Up. More are coming!
New sounds and music
- 🔊 Every action has its own sound now: cash registers, coin clinks, egg cracks, magic merges, steal stings, sirens, laser zaps, safe dials and more (about 70 new sound effects).
- 🎵 Energetic new music: EDM from Monstercat and Tobu on the home playlist, plus its own track for boss fights, the Blob Tower, the Vault, kidnaps, blackouts, Blob Party and Galaxy Hour.
- 🎃 Spooky Halloween tracks now, cozy Christmas music from the Winter season, and an underwater tune for the Coral Reef.
- 💤 Calm music in the AFK Lounge. Turn music or sound effects off any time in SETTINGS.
Livelier blobs and an easier first steal
- 😬 Blobs tremble and yelp "Eek!" while someone tries to steal them, so you can see a thief at work on your base.
- ✨ New idle moves, flying coins when you collect, sparkling full plates, slap shockwaves and light bursts for Epic+ blobs.
- 🦹 New players: your first steal is a Practice Vault right outside your base.
- 💵 Cash plates glow with a STEP HERE arrow for new players.
- 🔔 Get a notification when your incubator egg is ready.
- 👥 Fairer crew weekly board, and impossibly fast Blob Tower climbs are kept off the board.
Crews, the AFK Lounge and Photo Mode
- 👥 Crews: team up with 2-4 friends, +5% income per crew mate in your server (up to +15%), no stealing from each other, and a weekly crew leaderboard with the 👥 Top Crew title.
- 💤 The AFK Lounge in the lobby: chill there and earn 💎 (1 every 9 minutes, up to 12 a day).
- 📸 Photo Mode: hide the HUD and spin the camera around your base. The best base screenshot in our Discord each week wins 🏠 Base of the Week.
- 🧗 A global weekly board for the fastest Blob Tower climbs, with the 🧗 Tower Champion title for #1.
- 🌐 Your own page on this website: turn on "Public player page" in SETTINGS.
Blob Tower, Coral Reef and the Incubator
- 🧗 The Blob Tower: a sky-high obby with moving and vanishing platforms, lava and 3 checkpoints. First clear each day pays 10 💎 + 5 minutes of 2x cash.
- 🌊 A 5th world, Coral Reef (Rebirth 9): the Pearl Egg with 5 new ocean blobs, the Kraken Queen boss, a Coral Slap glove and a hidden Golden Pearl.
- 🪺 The Incubator: start a free egg that keeps incubating while you're offline (1 h, 6 h or 20 h; the longer, the better).
- ⏱️ On your 2nd day of playing, try every game pass free for 1 hour.
- 👑 Play with the dev: when the dev is online, a JOIN button takes you to their server. Every Saturday 16:00 UTC during the Blob Party.
- 🎥 Creator codes: type your favorite creator's code in CODES for 💎10 + a Golden Egg. Making videos? See the creators page.
- 🌼 The main island got a new spawn plaza, flower meadows and garden paths.
Milestones, time played and an ideas box
- 🏅 Milestones for time played, steals, rebirths, eggs hatched, merges, blobs bought and slaps: reach one and the gems land automatically (Inventory → STATS shows your progress).
- ⏱️ Time played pays extra: free Golden and Cosmic Eggs, the ⏱️ Dedicated title at 24 hours and ⏳ Blob Veteran at 100 hours. New lobby leaderboard: most time played.
- 💡 An IDEAS box in the game (MORE → IDEAS): send ideas and bugs straight to our Discord.
- 😈 Bandits can't drain an idle base anymore: at most one kidnap every 30 minutes, never while you're standing still.
- 🧭 TAKE ME THERE: on steal goals, one tap walks you to the blob.
Supply drops, blackouts, decoys and thief ranks
- 📦 Supply drops: a crate lands next to the Blob Road every few minutes. The first player to open it wins gems, cash, a 2x boost or a Golden Egg.
- 🌑 Blackouts: about twice an hour all locks go down for 60 seconds (your lock picks up again afterwards). New players are never hit.
- 🎭 Decoy blobs in the Gem Shop: a fake of your best blob that splats the thief who grabs it.
- 🏅 Weekly thief ranks from Bronze to Diamond, with an icon on your head tag and gem rewards.
HARD challenges + Heist Mode
- 🔥 A new HARD tab in 📜 Quests: from Rebirth 2, two tough challenges every day for gems, cash and a Golden Egg. Finish 10 for the 🔥 Daredevil title.
- 😈 Heist Mode (opt-in from level 5): twice the thieves, they keep blobs at any rebirth, angry bosses. In return: +25% income while you're home and 2x cash for slapping thieves.
- 🛡️ A new lobby leaderboard for the best Bandit Buster streak (thieves stopped on your own base in a row).
- 👯 MERGE ALL in the Inventory merges every twin at once, all the way to ★★★.
Inventory 2.0 + bandits play for keeps
- 🎒 A new Inventory: real 3D blobs, sort by value, income or rarity, ⚡ PLACE BEST and 🧹 SELL JUNK buttons, and a 👯 MERGE badge on twins.
- 😈 From Rebirth 2, a bandit thief that gets home keeps your blob! Only you can steal it back from its hideout, within 5 minutes.
- 🔥 More thieves the more you rebirth, and angrier bandit bosses from Rebirth 3.
- 💸 2x boosts no longer multiply each other (the 2x Cash pass still does), and rebirth 4+ costs more.
- 🛒 New players get a big BUY button for their first blob.
Blob Options: protect and move your blobs
- Walk up to one of your blobs and press OPTIONS (Q): ⭐ protect it so it can't be sold by accident, 🔀 move it to another pedestal (upper floors are farther from thieves), store it, reroll it in the Mutation Machine or mark it for trade.
- The Merge and Sell buttons on a blob no longer sit on top of each other: they stack neatly.
A free Golden Egg for linking Discord
- Link your Roblox account in our Discord with /verify and get a free Golden Egg in the game (once per account). It shows up next time you play: open it from the 🥚 button.
Friends luck, a community goal and a cleaner phone screen
- Phones: one event banner at a time (boosts take turns), the PLAYERS list folds away (tap + to open) and fewer buttons on screen (Spin and Gear are in MORE).
- Friends luck: play with Roblox friends in your server for up to +25% egg luck.
- Weekly community goal: every steal in every server counts. Reach it by Saturday and everyone gets 2x luck all weekend.
- Daily rewards calendar with a streak shield: miss one day and the shield saves your streak (once every 7 days).
- Got robbed right before you left? Next time you join you see who did it, with a button to chase them.
- Day 2, Day 3 and Day 7 goals with eggs and titles when you come back.
- Weekend Steal Contest: Friday 16:00 UTC to Monday. Steal the most and the top 3 get a title.
- Clip of the Week: the winner of the Discord clip contest gets a title in game.
- New players get their popups spaced out, and badge popups no longer show up black on phones.
- New players: your first blob now rides up to you on the Blob Road, saved just for you. One tap and it's in your base.
- After your first steal you're asked once to join the group: +10% income forever and a free Golden Egg.
First-day goals and a smoother start
- First-day goals: a short chain of goals with eggs, gems and titles for your first half hour.
- The tutorial now points you at a blob you can actually afford.
- Cleaner chat tags: one tag per player.
- Teleporting in the middle of a trade or a steal is blocked, so nothing gets lost.
Welcome-back gifts, Cosmic invites and the Booster title
- Invite friends: for your first 3 friends you get a Cosmic Egg each, and they still get a free Golden Egg.
- Welcome back: if you've been away for 3 days or more, a free egg and 15 minutes of 2x cash are waiting. After a week away it's a Cosmic Egg.
- Winter teaser: from November 1 the top banner counts down to the Winter season (5 limited blobs and the Blizzard event).
- Chase revenges now show up in the Discord server's show-off channel.
- Boost the Discord server and link your Roblox account there with /verify to get the 💜 Server Booster title and a chat tag in game.
- The Exclusive Egg x3 now shows a BEST VALUE tag: R$ 66 an egg instead of R$ 79, with the same odds.
Mutation Machine, Galaxy Hour and the Mutation Index
- Mutation Machine (next to the Blob Factory): spend gems to reroll a blob's mutation. It never lands on no mutation, you choose KEEP or TAKE, and the 10th reroll of a blob is Diamond or better. Odds are shown before you pay.
- Chase the thief: if someone robs you and leaves the server, a CHASE button follows them to their new server for revenge.
- GALAXY HOUR: every Sunday at 17:00 UTC the Galaxy mutation is 5× likelier for an hour (1 in 500 → 1 in 100).
- Mutation of the Day: one mutation is 2× likelier each day.
- Friend boost: play with a Roblox friend for 5 minutes and you both get 2× Galaxy on eggs for 30 minutes.
- Mutation Index: collect every blob in every mutation (INDEX → 🧬). Milestones give Golden and Cosmic Eggs, gems and 4 new titles.
- A "NEW MUTATION FOUND" toast the first time you get a blob in a new mutation.
- The Blob Factory's NOW MAKING screen flashes ⚠ RARE ⚠ with sparkles, beacons and an alarm when a Mythic-or-better blob or a rare mutation spawns.
- 🧬 NEW badges in trades and Trading Plaza booths show the combos you don't have yet.
- A new lobby leaderboard: Top Mutations.
9 mutations, a new Blob Factory and 5 badges
- 5 new mutations: Neon, Frozen, Molten, Shadow and Galaxy. That makes 9.
- Frozen, Molten and Galaxy are 3x likelier from Frost, Lava and Void Eggs. Shadow is 3x likelier during Spooky Night.
- The Blob Factory got a full redesign: goo silos, pipes, the BLOB-O-MATIC press and a NOW MAKING screen.
- The sky islands got proper rocky undersides.
- RUN is now a toggle that stays on (it pauses while you carry a stolen blob).
- 5 new badges: Halloween 2026, 7-day streak, World Traveler, First Trade and Met the Dev.
- FPS counter in Settings, and big performance fixes for PC.
- A one-tap "How did you find Steal a Blob?" question, with a small cash thank-you.
Blob Bandits, gears, quests and a new trade window
- Blob Bandits: NPC bases to rob when your server is quiet, with 4 bandit kinds and boss chases.
- 4 new gears, 8 hidden secrets and a fishing spot.
- Bigger daily quests with a bonus quest and a free reroll, weekly quests, the Blob Journey and level titles.
- A Gem Shop tab, more base upgrades, cosmetics and base decorations.
- Bosses: everyone who helps gets the full reward, plus a results card and phase-2 moves.
- A new trade window and Lucky Wheel, and Trading Plaza booths you can claim.
- Play with Friends: join a friend's server in one tap.
- Controller support.
